This exercise session lets you understand about body alignment, correct exercise techniques, how to use your own body weight and with a very simple piece of equipment - resistance bands to strengthen muscles and stretching to improve joints flexibility.
本课程将带你了解身体姿势排列与正确运动技巧,学习如何运用自身重量结合简单器材——阻力带,达到强化肌肉与提升关节柔韧度的效果。
❇️ Side note for participants
1) wear stretchable clothing 穿着可伸展、舒适的运动服装
2) No need shoes (Non slip-socks is fine) 无需穿运动鞋(防滑袜即可)
3) No need exercise mats 无需携带瑜伽垫
