Nutrition Consultant Enhancement Program (English 2024) coming soon!

This Enhancement class is a professional skills training specially designed for nutrition students. The goal is to improve the professional operations of dietary therapists and enable newly graduated nutrition students to enter the professional workplace confidently and steadily. It he been rated as "the most worthwhile course" by students! The class of 2024 will take place on either Tues or Thu evenings between June to August. More detail is to come after confirming with the lecturer. 

The course content includes but is not limited to follow:

Qualifications and requirements of dietary therapists

Procedure and process in a nutritional counselling

Effective dietary advice

Ethics – “What Would You Do?”

Considerations in selecting products and partners

The use of nutritional supplements 

How to deal with common customer problems

Workshop: Active listening and communication skills

Workshop: Holistic case study (group)

Total hours: 30hrs

 

Trainer

This course will be led by an experienced Naturopathic Doctor, who is also the key trainer in ICHH English classes.  The trainer will teach students how to be successful nutritional therapists, focusing on the use of resources, practice, role play etc.

ICHH nutrition course students (must complete PART 1 before starting the course)

Certificate fee: $65 (pay to ICHH after completion)
